Now when I open websites the small screen size comes up and I have to restore up to get full screen.

How do I fix it to come up as a full screen?

I am not sure whether I have IE 7 or IE 8

I have to say I prefered the old design too, the pictures along the top were nice, and it looked a lot less crowded, now it looks a little corporate and boring

It’s exactly IE 7 installation screen just with number 7 changed to 8.
