		<description>First install windows live messenger 8.5, and allow it to update itself. After update finishes, restart the computer and it will work.

		<description>we today you cant run 8.1 either. at least i cant. i get a window saying new version availalbe. so i donwload it thinking cool they finally updated 64bit xp version.

doesnt install

messenger keeps repeating the same window.
