WooHoo Photosynth is way cool. I really can’t wait to try it. A good enough reason to install Vista on a machine. I don’t know though, my Numenta project is taking up a lot of my spare time right now.

@Quikboy, I agree. There are so many cool things that they start work on, and develop, and mature, then thye kind of just put them in some sort of research vault I am guessing… I think Iread in an Allchin interview a few years back that he looks at all the existing *projects* and *products* being worked on, and sees how they can fit together, how they can use previous projects in their products.

Live Labs is neat, but if it doesn’t get out of the lab and come to real life, then it will be forgotten and another company/group will put it to real use.

And Deepfish is practically already available – as the iPhone Safari browser. Wouldn’t be surprised if Apple got the idea from Deepfish, but at least they got to it first, and cleverly made the concept of browsing on a small device by using touch to indicate what’s wanted to be pressed.

Or you could use Opera Mini. A Deepfish like browser for WinMo won’t come out until WinMo 7.
