		<description>I think this fits in the overall picture of &quot;new&quot; Microsoft with all its blogs and &quot;openness&quot;. They try hard to be perceived as a modern company open for scrutiny, they let their devs rant in blogs, but IMHO any real benefit is less than certain. 

All changes in Vista usability-wise were nothing but feature-cutting and dumbing-down features that lived to tell the tale (you cannot close a window in Flip with mid-click as you could in 5270, stacks in Explorer do not display their relative volume anymore, Virtual folders were made less and less prominent with each major milestone etc etc).</description>
